how do you change a 1.5 Blue Button Remote Control from IR to UHF?
I have dish network.
My dog chewed my remote. ( I have TV2)
So i programed a universal to program TV1
So now i have a dish Remote to control my TV. I changed the remote address to match my tv. But i need to change it to UHF so that the signal can reach my room.
if the back of your dish remote does not say "uhf", then it cannot be converted to work as a uhf remote. you will find out by looking at the back of the remote, right at the top. if it says IR, then you're screwed. sorry, you'll have to buy a new remote...one that says uhf.
