Will a Logitech Harmony 550 control a Panasonic HTS3450?
I've managed to lose my remote for my home theater system. I purchased a Universal Remote that is less expensive but it won't work with my system. Because the Harmony 550 costs $100, I would like to be sure it will work before I buy it.
I have the 550 and yes it will work, the good thing about this remote is that you plug it in to your computer via usb cable and the software will download directly to the remote the codes that are needed for whatever brands you have, or it can learn from the original remotes......... so you dont need to manually punch them in, it will also set up sequences for you (one button push) for things like turning on the TV, home theater system & DVD player to watch a movie ETC. I bought this remote to replace the 250.00 Sony that I had that the dog decided to chew up....$#^!! dog!!!!
