Listening to the radio, various types of music there...such as pop and talk shows.
Normal listening consists of Techno/Dance/Trance etc.
Playing on a Thompson Lyra MP3 player.
Ultimate Ears *were* a great brand. They might've gone downhill since they were taken over by Logitech, but they're still producing the same product range. I wouldn't recommend the Metro.fi (always been their bottom-of-the-range earphones), but if you can afford the Super.fi or Triple.fi then go for a set of those.
Other than that, you can't go wrong with the CX300.
