Would you recommend the Logitech MX 1000 or Logitech MX Revolution mouse?
Hi, I recently started an architecture job where I am working on Autocad for most of the day, so I think a specialized mouse may really help my productivity. I've done a little research and I think that I've narrowed it down to the Logitech MX 1000 or MX revolution...does anyone have any strong recommendation for either one? Or does anyone know of any other mouse that may be great for autocad use?

I am no expert with mouse for architects. But as a gamer i know a little about logitech mice. Logitech is a favourite brand with some gamers. others just hate it because they are really really big. It takes a huge amount of time to get used to the mouse, because of its size its very difficult to operate.
Just go to a shop and just take both the mouse you want in your hand, if you are comfortable with them then good you should buy one, otherwise i would recommend you to go for a microsoft mouse.
