Vizio help, DirecTV?
i got a 32" vizio HDTV
i can watch my Direct tv shows on it by changing them manually but i want to know how to program the Vizio Remote to work on my direct tv box so i could change the channels by remote
i checked the directv website and owners manual and since vizio is a newer brand it doesnt have codes for it
but the vizio owners manual gives me three codes to try but doesnt tell me how to try them
Perhaps the Vizio website has the information you need. If not, try calling DirecTV customer service in an off-peak time so you don't have to wait forever (like 11pm at night). They have a comprehensive database of information on all things related to DirecTV service that is updated daily. I know, I used to work there. They would probably have the codes and way to enter them that you need.
