TV screen is black but has sound how do i fix this?
I have a panasonic ct-3268sv TV and one day the screne went black but i still have sound. Why is this and how can i fix it???? I have 2 TV's that did this to me now and just happend again today
Our screen went black and the sound is still there, plus it turns off and even turns on again without any help from the remote. At first I wondered if it had anything to do with the lightning storms we've been having, but they are over and the situation with the TV continues. I hate to call a repair man, but the TV is a real expensive one. I hope you get a good answer. Good luck.My husband found a booklet that told him how and where to look for a "lamp", light bulb, that needs to be replaced. We made phone calls to find one in stock.
