Dish network Remote Control?

Okay so last year i have dish network and now im having problems with my Remote Control. The problem is that The SAT mode isnt working. The TV mode is working. I dont use the VCR and the AUX mode alot. I use the code and everything and it still doesent work. When i turn the tv on, the reciever is off and i have to press select on the remote to turn it on, but i cant since the SAT mode is not on. It does flashes when i press buttons though i just put in new batteries. Any clues?

Hello! There are a few things that could be happening here. You could have some interference with the remote, or you need to reprogram it with a different code, or you need a new one altogether.
